Course Overview

Lanier Partners Academy of Real Estate (“LP Academy”) offers the Georgia Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License Course, approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC).
This 75-hour, in-person course satisfies the education requirement for a Georgia real estate license. To receive credit, students must attend all classes and pass the final exam. Completion of this course does not guarantee licensure; students must still meet all GREC and state requirements.

Attendance & Testing

• Full attendance is required to earn course credit.

• Missing any class may result in disqualification from completion.

• Students must pass the final exam to receive a certificate of completion.

• Make-up sessions, if allowed, are at LP Academy’s discretion and must meet GREC guidelines.

Refund Policy

• The course fee is $429.

• Refunds are only issued if requested before the first day of class begins.

• Once class begins, no refunds will be granted under any circumstance.

• Refund requests must be emailed to jacquelindlief@gmail.com prior to the first class.

No Guarantees or Employment Offers

• LP Academy makes no guarantees of passing the state exam, obtaining a license, or achieving any level of income or success.

• Completion of this course is not an offer of employment and does not create any business or brokerage relationship.

LP Academy and its instructors are not responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or outcomes related to participation in this course. Enrollment signifies agreement to hold LP Academy harmless from all claims arising from the course.
